*Terms and Conditions

1. The offer code SAVE35 must be added at time of booking.
2.  Bookings must include a child of 5 years of age or under.
3. Offer is only available for new bookings made between 10:00 18 December 2024 and 23:59 11 March 2025 for term time arrival dates only (excludes school holiday dates listed below).
4. Available on all accommodation types, except Spa Suites.
5. Offer is valid for up to 3 accommodation units booked at the same time under the same booking reference.
6. Offer is valid for UK villages only. Not applicable to Spa Break bookings or Longford Forest, Ireland bookings.
7. A discount of £35 per unit of accommodation (up to a maximum of £105 if 3 units of accommodation are booked) will be applied at the point of booking to the full balance of the break not the deposit amount payable. This is a fixed discount per accommodation unit booked, regardless of length of stay.
8. Offer cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer including the Come Back Soon offer. Not re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
9. The prices shown on our website or in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.
10. Center Parcs reserves the right to amend or remove this promotion at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
11. All other terms and conditions as per the Center Parcs standard booking terms and conditions apply.
12. You can claim for two free visitor day passes by completing the form on the booking confirmation page/booking overview page once you have made a booking and are within 12 weeks of your arrival date. Please allow up to 5 days for day passes to be booked in. Once booked these will show on your itinerary as a free day pass. Multiple forms for the same break will be ignored.
13. Visitor day passes can only be booked once the booking window has opened for your break, within the 12 weeks prior to your arrival date.
14. No amendment fee: Your booking will not be charged an amendment fee when making changes to the booking, provided changes are made more than 7 days in advance of the arrival date. Any changes made within 7 days will be subject to the amendment charges listed in the booking terms and conditions.
15. School holiday arrival dates excluded from this offer are: 20/12/2024 to 03/01/2025, 14/02/2025 to 21/02/2025, 04/04/2025 to 21/04/2025, 02/05/2025, 23/05/2025 to 30/05/2025, 18/07/2025 to 29/08/2025, 17/10/2025 to 31/10/2025, 19/12/2025 to 02/01/2026, 13/02/2026 to 20/02/2026, 27/03/2026 to 17/04/2026
