Nestled in the trees of our Center Parcs villages, our spas have up to 25 different spa experiences inspired by the natural world. From wet to dry, herbal or meditative, you'll find everything you need to leave feeling relaxed and revitalised.

The minimum age for booking into the spa is 14 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Yes, there’s plenty of fun for children at Center Parcs! Visit the Subtropical Swimming Paradise and explore thrilling rides and slides, spot wildlife in the forest and explore lots of fun activities available on your break that the whole family can enjoy together.

Around each of our villages, there are a number of indoor and outdoor play areas for your children to explore. As well as outdoor adventure playgrounds, there are indoor play areas where you don't need to pay or book - just turn up and let your little one explore to their heart's content.

All our restaurants are child friendly, with plenty of space for highchairs and pushchairs, children’s menus with healthy and tasty dishes, activity packs to keep them entertained and play areas in some of our restaurants where they can run around and play.

You can also hire a wide range of cycles, including Balance Bikes, Tag-a-longs, Children’s Bikes, Trailers and Pushchairs from the Cycle Centre, there’s something for the whole family!

Yes, all our Center Parcs villages welcome dogs! If you would like to bring a dog, you need to book a dog-friendly lodge, and please note that dogs are not permitted in certain restaurants or areas of the village.

We welcome guests with restricted mobility, disabilities, medical or particular care requirements. We aim to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible. If you have any questions or are experiencing any difficulties, please call our Contact Centre on 03448 266266 and they can help with booking activities for you.

We have a range of activities with accessibility measures such as Adventure Golf, Leisure Bowl and Outdoor Activity Centre. Detailed information about our activities can be found in our Access for All policy.

Our adapted lodges are designed to cater for your accessibility needs. You’ll find dedicated disabled parking nearby, perfect for those with reduced mobility and ramps built-in to your accommodation and around the village for smooth access. You’ll also find open plan living, fully equipped kitchen with lowered worktops, handrails throughout the accommodation, spacious bedrooms featuring one electric bed per lodge and bathrooms with walk-in/wheel-in showers.

For those who’ve booked one of our Exclusive Adapted Lodges, you’ll find a hoist for the hot tub and saunas and steam rooms with wider access. Please bring your own sling as slings are not provided.

After booking your break let us know about any additional requirements with our accessibility form.

We have a number of unaccompanied activities in the Activity Den including a Crèche. Our professionally trained, DBS checked staff will keep your little ones safe and entertained whilst you enjoy a well-deserved break – why not escape to Aqua Sana Forest Spa, our spa in the heart of the forest?

If your child becomes ill during your break, The First Aid Centre is open daily from 9am to 9pm (Emergency response only after 5pm at some villages). You can call the First Aid Centre for an appointment and our First Aid and Emergency Technicians will be on hand to offer first aid assessment and advice. If you need to see a GP, we can help you contact local medical facilities, who will assess you and offer further advice, access to medical care, or suggest a route for you to access care.

You may cancel your break at any time. However, the amount refunded to you will depend on whether you have Flex Your Stay Protection. Flex Your Stay allows you to cancel your break for any reason and receive a full refund up to 28 days before your arrival date. From 27 days up to 2 days before your stay you can still cancel your break and receive a reduced refund.
