Stayed in one of the apartments by the lake. It was very spacious with a lovely kitchen. Everything we needed was in there. Lovely and clean. Plenty to see and do. Lots of great resturants. Ideal location for days out in the lakes. Lots of beautiful walks around the park.

We arrived late on the Friday night and drove straight to our accommodation (Lakeside Apartments). The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi style hydrobath – what a way to end a stressful day of work, packing and travelling!

Our stay was super. We had a lodge in willow and stayed for the Aquasana spa. The lodge was immaculate and well-designed with every kind of appliance or item needed for our stay, including utensils and cookware. The bed had probably the best mattress I’ve slept in outside home, nice and firm. The pillows were great too. We received complimentary bathrobes which was a nice touch. This was my first stay with centreparcs and I was really impressed. All the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had a fantastic honeymoon at Center Parcs this week! We have come back very relaxed and feel like we had a well needed break! Thank you to Lisa who works for the cafè in the Aqua spa, she made our afternoon tea very memorable 😊 thank you to Nicky who works at Hucks, fantastic customer service, we even went back on our last evening! 😊 we would highly recommend going to center parcs for your honeymoon, we had the best time!

Warm, cosy and exciting

Clean and tidy with a lovely warm welcome. Nature all around which I love. Log burner made it feel very cosy. Loved the hydro bath. Pool was good fun as well as quad biking. Had absolutely lovey time 🥰. Would like to thank all the front line staff, cleaners and ground workers ☺️

We went for our honeymoon in 2004 and revisited this October for our 20th anniversary. We stayed in a Redwood apartment and loved it. Perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay, swimming, walking, visiting Longleat and the spa. We had really good meals in Las Inguanas and Bella Italia. We would definitely recommend with or without the children.

Me and my husband had a wonderfully relaxing stay this week. We don’t do many activities just enjoying walking around areas of the park and the lake, also sitting having coffee or a drink watching the world go by.
The winter wonderland lights are amazing, you don’t need to be a child to enjoy them, well done.
We had accidentally booked the wrong night for the Indian restaurant and they quickly found a table and sorted it all out for us.
We had an executive lodge, we loved watching the wild life and we lit the fire every evening.
A big thank you to everyone from the cleaners to the dishwashers (who all get forgotten) for making our stay so enjoyable.

Myself and fiancée, as of our weekend break, had an amazing time. All the staff were great, and our waterside apartment was perfect. We went mainly for the spa, which which for us was faultless - the staff were nice and helpful and the treatments were just what was needed. It was my fiancée first time at Centre Parcs, and she loved everything including the sub-tropical swimming pool. Would recommend the Indian restaurant. We had an amazing meal for a good price. Would suggest that before you arrive though that you book restaurants and activities, makes it a lot easier once you are there and ensures you get the times etc that fit you.

Very enjoyable trip, staff very friendly and helpful. The park was always clean and there was plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and visit again! Definitely worth the money! We stayed in the apartment that was part of the spa hotel, very nice room with a good view and great location very close to all activities.

Just returned from 5 days at Woburn Forest & what a great time we had! Booked a 2 bed exec lodge dog friendly & it did not disappoint. On entering the lodge it smelt so clean & like new. Fully catered kitchen & nice location. Staff around the village very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Lovely service in the Pancake House, especially the dish of sausage kindly given to our ever hungry Labrador! Tropical cyclone is a must for thrill seekers too. All in all a superb visit.

Are there any special offers available?

We regularly have special offers available throughout the year – please check our Special offers page. We also have our Come Back Soon offer all year round – if you book another break within 31 days of returning from Center Parcs, you get a £50 discount, our Price Promise and no amendment fee for your new booking.

Can we get a refund if we book and have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

You may cancel your break at any time. However, the amount refunded to you will depend on whether you have Flex Your Stay protection. Flex Your Stay allows you to cancel your break for any reason and receive a full refund up to 28 days before your arrival date. From 27 days up to 2 days before your stay, you can still cancel your break and receive a reduced refund.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can arrive from 10am, park in our car park and explore the village. You can access your accommodation from 4pm. If you have booked Early Arrival, you can access your accommodation from 2pm.

You’ll need to vacate your accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. You’re welcome to make the most of your break and spend the rest of the day with us, but please ensure your car is returned to the car park and vacate the village by midnight. Should you need to leave the village before departure day for any reason please inform Guest Services or Security before you leave. 

We ask that you kindly help us by leaving your lodge in a reasonable condition, please remove your waste to the recycling bins and pop the dishwasher on before you leave.
