"My favourite part of my job as a Grounds Forest Ranger is the diversity of work. One day I’ll be driving a tractor, the next I’m strimming grass and wood chipping trees. No two days are the same. When I drive a tractor around the village, it always brings a smile to little ones’ faces - they often stop to wave and take photos! We regularly receive compliments from guests, praising how good our villages look. They certainly appreciate the work that we do!"

"My favourite part of my job is the people around me. My team at Leisure Bowl are like a second family, and we all look out for each other and support one another. What makes my job so rewarding is creating special memories and little surprises for our guests, like gifting a bottle of prosecco for birthday celebrations and engagements, and letting little ones make their own drinks such as children’s cocktails!"

"My favourite part of my job is knowing that guests can relax in their clean and tidy lodge when they arrive, getting their break off to a great start! I also love seeing feedback that guests have written on the chalkboards – some families write lovely messages. We love leaving surprises on their chalkboards - I recently drew a big street-art style ‘Happy 30th Birthday!’ message for a group of guests who were celebrating. It really made their day, especially the mum!"
"The main thing for me is feeling you don’t have to apologise for being out and about with kids - they are actively welcomed and accommodated.
The staff work really hard and deserve recognition. A huge ‘thank you’ to Jacquie in cleaning, Cathryn at the Lakeside Inn, and David at Bella Italia. I wish I’d gotten more names, as everyone we dealt with was great - Security, the Cycle Centre, the Boathouse. Guest services kindly dropped off bed rails and a replacement coffee machine. The creche handover was very reassuring and my two-year-old had a ball. He also loved it when staff driving around the park waved at him. Both kids loved the bikes, the pool, and the wildlife."

From the lodge being cleaned absolutely spotlessly by Lauren, to the activities people (tree trekking, off road exploere, nativity walk, crossbow, bikes, and restaurant staff. "My girlfriend and I visited centre parcs at the start of September and it was amazing. Busy on the Monday due to people leaving from the week prior, however friendly staff and amazing activities all around led to us fully enjoying the stay and embracing the woodland feel. Would recommend this holiday in September to anybody looking for quieter times due to kids being back at school. Will be revisiting. Special mentions to Lauren at the foresters inn who was especially helpful and had excellent customer service all around, and Alice and Alice in the falconry activity who were incredibly informative and enthusiastic, it rubbed off on the whole group."

"I have been to this Center Parcs several times now and the staff here are amazing. Nothing that we ask is ever too much, we are always accommodated for and helped. Every is ran so efficiently and all the staff are so polite and welcoming. My children love it every time we go and again the staff are great with them on activities. It never feels too busy, even at peak times in the pool, there is always enough space. Park is clean and doesn't feel over booked. Will keep coming back."

"I visited for the first time with my son who has hidden additional needs which at times can make being out and about about challenging. A special thank you to the staff at HUCKS for dealing with our request to move tables to a table in a quieter area the manager and our waitress sue b were amazing! We even went back the next evening and the manager managed to find us the quieter area it really does make a huge difference. Again all staff on activities explained everything amazingly to him and took notice of the sunflower lanyard to take extra time to explain things. Our room was cleaned my Ashleigh and was spotlessly clean."

"Absolutely wonderful weekend beak. I am disabled and the shuttle service made my weekend. You call security and they collect you from your accommodation and drop you off to the village square. The drivers are all so happy, helpful and respectful! It's a wonderful service and it allowed me to use all my energy in the beautiful subtropical swimming paradise. Well done centreparcs for looking after those of us with limited mobility. The staff in the guest services were so kind and helpful. Even the lady in the supermarket was kind and helpful directing me to guests services as she could see I was struggling to walk. I loved everything so much I booked a mid week break for 2 weeks after my day of departure. Would recommend this place for a relaxing break.
The staff go above and beyond to help make you break perfect. Thank you to all of the security staff who drive the disabled shuttle bus. You guys made my holiday."

"We went for 3 nights 4 days (Friday to Monday) when the summer holidays for schools had just started. To my surprise the crowd wasn’t too much. We booked several activities per day (bowling, racket sports, pool etc) and spent the rest of the time cycling or swimming. It was lovely! What makes Center Parcs special is the staff. Each and every staff member I encountered was extremely polite and made sure the guest is having a good time; from the guest service phone to the staff walking around near the village. I wish other hotels would learn from their staff how to prioritise the customer and keep them happy. They could not be nicer."

"I wanted to write this review to thank an amazing staff member, April, who helped me when it was late at night and dark and I couldn’t find my car. She helped me immensely and drove me around the car park until I found it. Considering she had finished her shift it just demonstrated her kindness and I wanted to thank her!"
