Located within the immersive Forest Serenity Suite, this deeply calming experience is designed to restore balance to both mind and body, while gently enhancing awareness and presence.
Your Treatment
Following a gentle wellbeing check in, your experience is tailored to your individual needs on the day, allowing you to choose a focus such as stress relief, improved sleep, emotional balance, easing anxiety or developing greater mind body awareness.
The experience takes place on the Gharieni Welnamis lounger, designed to support deep relaxation through sound and gentle vibration.
Curated soundscapes and precisely composed vibrational sequences help quiet the mind, deepen awareness and allow tension to soften. Developed with neuroscientists and wellness experts, the experience supports the body’s natural relaxation response, offering a moment to switch off, reconnect inwardly and restore a sense of calm and clarity.
Ideal as a standalone experience or to complement your spa journey, you’ll leave feeling grounded, rebalanced and more attuned to both body and mind.
We require all guests to complete a health and safety form when having a treatment, please complete this ahead of arrival.
