Swedish massage is a specific massage technique that is designed specifically to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. It's ideal after sporting activities or simply as a means of relaxation as it is recommended to reduce stress both physical and emotional.
Activities cannot be booked without an active accommodation booking.
We have removed our things to do schedule, whilst we review it. The new schedule will be on sale soon.

What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive at our Reception, please speak to a member of the Aqua Sana team who will confirm your Treatment. You will then be given your locker key and directed through to the changing rooms, collecting your robe and towel as you go.
Can I still book a treatment if I'm pregnant?
Some of our treatments are suitable for expectant mothers, but there are some things to consider. If you are in any doubt at all, please seek medical advice from your GP beforehand. You can also pop into our spa reception during you break and talk to our team. The sooner you raise your concerns, the more likely we will be able to adjust our treatment to fit your needs.
Can I explore the spa after my treatment?
Each of our spas have over 15 different spa experiences, from wet, to dry, to herbal or meditative, you'll find everything you need to leave feeling relaxed and revitalised. You can discover the restorative benefits of sensory relaxation, with access to our heated outdoor pool and extensive chill-out spaces by adding a Spa Session to your visit.
