Will the Subtropical Swimming Paradise be open?
Yes, our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is open daily during the festive period so thrill-seekers can experience Tropical Cyclone and relax in the lazy river. Let your little ones enjoy Venture Bay and Venture Harbour, our wet play areas designed for little ones or take a night time trip down the Wild Water rapids.
The Subtropical Swimming Paradise will be open daily at 10am, but we will close a little early on Christmas Eve (8pm), Christmas Day (7pm) and New Year’s Eve (8pm).
How can we celebrate Christmas at Center Parcs?
If you’re joining us on a festive break, enjoy activities such as Festive Pottery Painting or Festive Family Cupcake Decorating. Enjoy Breakfast With Santa (pre-booking is essential), with a festive buffet and your little ones will receive a special gift.
Join us on Christmas Eve to wave off Santa as he leaves his Woodland Workshop ready for his trip around the world to deliver presents.
On Christmas Day, you can enjoy a festive feast in one of our restaurants , such as Christmas Day at Huck’s (pre-booking is essential) and start a new tradition by having a swim in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, a friendly game of Ten Pin Bowling or try one of our activities in Sports Plaza.
Join us on St Stephen’s Night for our Sound Specular (6pm), please arrive a few minutes early at the Lakefront for the best view.
How can we celebrate the New Year at Center Parcs?
On New Year’s Eve, our restaurants are all fully booked, but Sports Café will be serving food until 9pm and to help you celebrate there is live music and a DJ there from 9.30pm until late, before you ring in the New Year with a specular fireworks display at midnight, as this is a very popular event, please ensure you arrive at the lakefront in plenty of time.
What activities can we enjoy over the festive period?
With the exception of Christmas day, activities from Indoor Climbing Adventure and Off-Road Explorer to Pottery Painting and the Activity Den will be open throughout the festive period, pre-booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
How can I contact Guest Services over the festive period?
Guest Services are open throughout the festive period but with a few changes to opening hours: Christmas Eve (8am – 8pm), Christmas Day (9am – 6pm), St. Stephen’s Day (8am – 8pm), New Year’s Eve (8am – 9pm) and New Year’s Day (9am – 9pm). Outside of these hours, if you have any issues, please call Guest Services.
For your safety
We are uniquely placed in the heart of the forest and governed strictly by the Forestry Commission on fire control; we must therefore ask guests not to bring their own fireworks, sparklers and sky lanterns on to the village. Any guest found using these will be requested to leave the village as per our Terms and Conditions Guests with photosensitive epilepsy are advised that our display contains lighting features that may produce a stroboscopic effect.
