Exclusive to Longleat Forest, the Land Train offers a unique way to explore the village. Relax and enjoy the woodland scenery as you travel between key locations, making every journey as memorable as the destination.

  • Services run approximately every 20 minutes
  • A timetable is provided when you arrive
  • Trains operate from 7pm on Mondays and Fridays

Can we bring prams and buggies with us on the Land Train?

Yes! Prams and buggies are welcome on-board, they just need to be folded and kept with you.

Is there a charge to use the Land Train?

No, our Land Train service is free and operates on a first come first serve basis.

Are wheelchairs allowed on-board the Land Train?

Yes, our Land Train has a wheelchair accessible carriage, this facility is not suitable for push chairs or mobility scooters.

Can we bring our bicycles on-board the Land Train?

No, unfortunately there isn't enough space for bicycles.

Can we bring our dog with us on the Land Train?

No, unfortunately dogs cannot board the Land Train except for assistance dogs.
